What will i get in my box?
We ship a wide range of official Disney merchandise in our boxes including pins, plushes, homeware, limited edition items and much more! Some of our boxes will even feature a limited handcrafted items for FREE. Please note if you order multiple boxes for the same month this will result in duplicate items.
When will my box ship?
Our boxes are shipped monthly, so the box you ordered will be shipped at the end of the month you have ordered for. We will let you know when your box has been shipped so you can keep an eye out for the post! Currently we only ship boxes within the United Kingdom.
Please look on the shop page, item page or the banner at the top of the site, they will all tell you which month your box is for before you place your order. (e.g if it says June shipping, this means your box will ship at the end of June).
Will I be billed each month?
With My Pixie Dust there is no re-billing of any kind.
Simply order for the month or months you want.
Once your order(s) has been dispatched, to be sent the following months My Pixie Dust just order again in your own time. Your payment information is not stored or kept by My Pixie Dust.
Do you offer refunds/exchanges?
Due to the nature of the mystery boxes we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you do not like an item. We aim to offer a variety of items to make everyone happy. In the rare event you receive an item that is damaged please contact us and we will be happy to resolve this for you.
We may ask for proof of damages (such as photographs), and reserve the right to request you return the item to us if deemed necessary. We will not take responsibility for the return of the product, and we advise tracked delivery is used. We reserve the right to choose whether to offer a replacement or refund if your product is faulty or damaged.
